About Jenine

Jenine is passionate about women's healthcare. As a Registered Nurse and a member of the British Menopause Society, she has dedicated the last five years of her nursing career to empowering women through the often-challenging journey of menopause. With a deep understanding being personal and professional, of the unique needs and concerns of menopausal women, Jenine has become a sought-after expert, helping her patients navigate this transformative life stage with empathy compassion, and expertise. 

Jenine is extremely passionate about ensuring that all women have access to factual, evidence-based information and support.
Therefore, she offers consultations at rates that she hopes will be affordable to as many women as possible. 

Jenine has also been looking after the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn staff, as their dedicated Menopause Nurse until December 2023. Supporting the staff through the challenging times balancing work and menopause symptoms, helping shape a culture of openness and honest conversations to enable staff to continue working through their menopause journey 

Jenine also holds a consultancy position with VIVUP / Perkbox as their  Menopause nurse advisor

Your Health, Our Priority

Your consultation will be confidential

Your menopause consultation will be between you and the experienced menopause nurse.

A letter can be generated and sent directly  to your GP and a copy to yourself if required covering all the aspects discussed and the recommendations of treatment which will ensure a safe transition of care.

When your GP can help

If you need emergency medical care or any other urgent treatment, it is highly recommended that you contact your General Practitioner (GP) or the emergency services (999). The services and any advice from Aphrodite Menopause are meant for non-urgent situations only and are not designed to serve as a substitute for the NHS or your GP.

If you are experiencing any of the following, we recommend that you visit your GP before visiting the clinic:

  • If you are experiencing bleeding after being period-free for 12 months. (Post Menoapuse Bleeding)
  • If you are experiencing post-cotial bleeding ( bleeding after sexual intercourse)
  • Spotting between your periods



How to prepare for your appointment

  • We suggest making a list of questions you want to ask so that you can remember them during your appointment.
  • Please remember to bring along any medication you are currently taking. 
  • On check in at reception you'll be given a questionaire to complete out the provided questionnaire, by doing this it may help you describe your symptoms better and assist the healthcare provider in offering the right  information, tools and treatments.
