• "Patient" refers to a patient who receives specific services from Aphrodite Menopause Clinic Ltd.
• "Advice" refers to any medical information or advice that we give you, whether orally, by email, over the phone, or in person.
• The term "Services" refers to the provision of private medical advice on menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms, including (but not limited to) initial consultation, treatment care plan for follow-up consultation, and any associated services.
• "First Consultation" refers to your first meeting with us to receive specific advice.
• The Aphrodite Menopause Clinic Limited Patient symptom questionnaire is referred to as the "Menopause Symptom Questionnaire."
•"Questionnaires" include the Menopause Symptom Questionnaire and the Medical History Form, which you must complete, as well as any additional questionnaires that may occasionally be sent to you in writing.
• "Medical History Form" refers to the patient questionnaire for the limited medical history of the Aphrodite Menopause Clinic.
• "Complex Medical History" denotes the presence or history of gynaecological or obstetric conditions, reproductive surgery, breast cancer an,d gynaecological cancers, or other medical conditions.
• Our clinical records system provider is referred to as the "System Provider."
• "Medicine" refers to the medications that are discussed during the Services.
• "Treatment Care Plan" refers to the plan of care that the nurse has suggested for you in helping you manage the symptoms of the menopause and perimenopause.
• "Associated Services" refers to health and wellness services that outside vendors offer.
• "Charges" refers to the costs associated with the services
• "Health Care Professional or HCP" refers to a medical professional (nurse, or doctor)
• The term "Services" refers to the provision of private medical advice on menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms, including (but not limited to) initial consultation, treatment care plan for follow-up consultation, and any associated services.
• The terms "us," "we," and "our" refer to Aphrodite Menopause Clinic Limited;
• "Your" or "you" refers to the patient.
•The website of Aphrodite Menoapuse.co.uk, is referred to as the "Site."

Booking
- We will send you a Booking Confirmation to let you know that your appointment for your Initial Consultation has been confirmed.
- You have not been granted an appointment, until we confirm with a booking confirmation that we have accepted your request for an appointment for your initial consultation.
- After we have given our booking confirmation, we might also get in touch with you to let you know that we are unable to keep your appointment. Usually, this is due to the following factors:
- We have not been paid for the services.
- Our inability to complete the Services by the scheduled time (which could be due to a staffing shortage.
- You understand that situations outside of our reasonable control may have an impact on our ability to provide the Services. If this is the case, we will try to start or resume the Services as soon as those events have been resolved, but there may be a delay before we can do so even though we have taken reasonable steps to limit the impact of any of those events and have kept you informed of the circumstances.
- Unless otherwise agreed, we will perform the Services as described in the applicable Booking Confirmation.
- When scheduling your appointment, you will be required to provide payment card information in tover the charges for the services booked. To use the payment card that you use to make payments, you must be authorised to do so.
- You consent and permit us to charge the full amount due on your debit or credit card for the services you have purchased. If authorisation procedures are not followed, services will not be rendered and scheduled appointments will be immediately cancelled.
- Once you book your consultation, your card will be charged instantly.
- We will not keep any log of your credit card details inforecord information we won't be held responsible if a third party provider—such as Stripe, System Provider, or providers of Associated Services—fails to protect your information or experiences a data breach.
- By entering your payment card information, you authorise Stripe to use it to process your order payment. Please contact Stripe if you have any queries about these services or your card provider.
- Stripe offers our payment processing services. The payment information you give us is sent straight to Stripe, where it is governed by its terms of service, which can be found here Stripe Services Agreement - United Kingdom
- All prices are expressed in GBP, or pounds sterling.
- We may charge interest on any outstanding balance that's 8% above the babankase rate on the overdue invoice from the day after it becomes overdue
- We offer medical advice and consultation services related to menopause and perimenopause.
- We may immediately terminate the Agreement and block your access to the Services.
- If you act in a challenging, intimidating, or abusive manner toward our employees
- If you do not complete any portion of the questionnaire, or if you do not give true, clear, and accurate information about your identity, medical history, symptoms, or other relevant information
- If you do not attend (DNA) an appointment and you haven't cancelled it
- No matter how the consultation turns out, you agree to pay for the nurse's time, and as a result, we won't reimburse you for appointments you've attended.
- We reserve the right, at any time and without any liability, to immediately stop providing all or part of the Services by giving you written notice. Emails may be used to deliver such notice.
- Any right or remedy that either party may have accrued as of the termination date remains unaffected by the contract's termination for any reason.
- If any laws or regulations apply to us and force us to terminate your use of the services
